Inflow's leadership team met at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where they launched the idea of a company that would put people first. With over 15 years of experience, Angel Crockett, Inflow's CEO, is excited to provide our government customers with a true Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) offering quality services.
Angel teamed up with Inflow's President, Ryan J. Hayes, an innovative leader in National Security Services with 18+ years of combined service and experience. Ryan is passionate about creating a unique company culture that benefits our customers, employees, and partners by putting people first.
Together Angel and Ryan collaborated to design an innovative management framework for Inflow which is built on a solid foundation of four company values: Action, Balance, Innovation, and Meaningfulness.
