Now Accepting Submissions for the 2018 Inflow Hackathon

We believe that ideas can come from anyone anywhere and that some of the greatest minds of our company remain untapped, ready to be engaged and willing to bring solutions, change, and create radical breakthroughs for the benefit of our customers and each other. Which is why every year we host a virtual hackathon where Inflowees can share their awesome ideas and we can all make a difference together.

How it Works

The contest rules and most frequently asked questions are outlined below. If you have additional questions after reviewing this information, please contact: awesome@inflow-ns.com

  1. Identify an idea for a new improvement or an idea to solve an existing problem or challenge. Submissions should be designed to make your job better, support your current government customer, or improve something at Inflow. (Example: A new idea for a business process that takes too long or is a source of frustration that you constantly have to “deal with” or find ways to “work around” the problem.)
  2. Each submission must be developed on your own time and cannot be completed during working hours.
  3. Submit your idea using the form located at the bottom of this page. If you have additional information you would like to provide, you can submit attachments in the form of: Video, PowerPoint Presentation, Pictures, Infographics, Drawings, Word Document, etc. Email attachments to: awesome@inflow-ns.com
  4. A panel of Inflowees (Inflow Employees) will review the Inflow Hackathon submissions and select the winning projects. There will be one winner for the Customer Solution category and one winner for the Inflow Solution. The winners will be assigned a partner from Inflow Headquarters to help develop and implement the idea over the course of 6 weeks.
  5. We won't stop there! All ideas, problems/challenges, and solutions submitted to the Inflow Idea Hackathon will be explored throughout the year in an effort to implement as many solutions as possible.
