Reach out to your network (LinkedIn, Facebook, personal contacts, etc.) for those who may be interested.
Fill out either the attached Inflow Referral Form or the form below with the necessary information.
Email your completed Referral and the candidate's resume to hi@inflow-ns.com
If the candidate you submitted gets hired and is successfully employed for 90 days, you will receive a $1000 bonus to your paycheck within two weeks of the 90-day mark.*

Non-Qualifying Referrals
There are a few scenarios that would not qualify for a monetary award:
A former Inflowee who has been employed with Inflow within the past 24 months.
A referral who was previously employed by Inflow as a contractor, intern, or temporary Inflowee within the past 24 months.
A referral whose resume was received by the HI Department.
A referral that is terminated within 90 days of employment.

Fill the form below to refer a candidate to a currently open position. Once you have submitted the form, send an email with the candidate's resume attached to hi@inflow-ns.com with the title "Inflow Referral Submission" and the candidate's name.
