At Inflow we care because the community we serve is where you live, which is why we provide each Inflowee (Inflow Employee) with paid opportunities to give back to his or her local community through our Inflow Volunteer Program.

How it Works

The Inflow Volunteer Program is a way for Inflow and its employees to give back to the local communities where our Inflowees live and work. Each year Inflowees are eligible to receive up to 16 hours of paid Volunteer Time-Off to support a charity of their choice.

How to Apply:

  1. Discuss with your supervisor about the day and time you would like to Volunteer.

  2. After receiving approval in writing from your supervisor, submit a Volunteer Request Form.

    • Note: Forms should be submitted 4 weeks prior to the requested volunteer day.

  3. Request the time-off for your volunteer work day in Deltek.

  4. Notify HQ of your request (Message @AlexandraNeville directly). You will receive final approval from HQ within the next 5 business days.
